EASY SMALL CARROT CAKE

YOU WILL NEED

– ½ cup (60g) all-purpose flour – ½ teaspoon baking powder – ½ teaspoon cinnamon – ½ teaspoon allspice – ¼ teaspoon salt – ½ cup (100g) granulated sugar – ¼ cup vegetable oil – 1 large egg – ⅔ cup loosely packed grated peeled carrots – Cream cheese frosting

STEP 1 

Separately whisk together dry ingredients and then wet ingredients and combine. Transfer to lightly greased baking dish and bake until cooked through. 

STEP 2

Cool completely before making the cream cheese frosting. Spread frosting over the cooled cake and top with walnuts if desired. 

STEP 3

Slice and enjoy!
