CRISPY ROASTED BROCCOLI

YOU WILL NEED

– 1 pound of broccoli – 1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil – Salt – Pepper – Garlic powder

STEP 1

Chop clean, dry broccoli into bite-size pieces. 

STEP 2

Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and spread out on a baking dish. 

STEP 3

Cook 12-20 minutes until stems are tender.
