In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and spices. In a large bowl, whisk together wet ingredients and sugar.
Stir the dry ingredients into the wet until just combined.
Transfer batter to a prepared 9x5-inch loaf pan.
Drop handfuls of streusel over the top.
Bake for about 1 hour, until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
Top with maple glaze, allow bread to cool for 20 minutes, slice, and enjoy!
