CROCK-POT BEEF RIBS

You Will Need

– 3 to 5 pounds of beef back ribs – Seasoning salt – 2 cups barbecue sauce – 1 cup water

STEP 1

Slice rack apart so you have individual ribs. Sprinkle each with seasoning salt.

STEP 2

Layer the ribs in your slow cooker.

STEP 3

Top with BBQ sauce and water. Cook on low for 7 hours.

STEP 4

Transfer ribs to a baking sheet. Brush them with BBQ sauce.

STEP 5

Broil until sauce is caramelized and sticky. Serve and enjoy!
