EASY HOMEMADE LASAGNA

WHAT'S GREAT ABOUT THIS LASAGNA

- Quick and easy to put to together. - No cutting or chopping required. - Make up to 2 days in advance. - SO cheesy and good!!

YOU WILL NEED

• 10 lasagna noodles • 1 tablespoon olive oil • 1 pound ground beef or Italian sausage • 2 24-ounce jars tomato pasta sauce • Salt and pepper • 1 15-ounce container ricotta cheese skim or whole milk is fine • 1 large egg optional* • 2 cups (8oz) shredded mozzarella cheese • 1 cup (4oz) shredded Parmesan cheese

BROWN HAMBURGER

In a large pot, cook hamburger or sausage until well-browned. 

SIMMER WITH SAUCE

Add your favorite pasta sauce and simmer until meat is cooked through. 

ASSEMBLE LASAGNA

Layer the meat sauce with pasta, more sauce, and ricotta cheese. 

ASSEMBLE LASAGNA

Add mozzarella and Parmesan, and repeat. Bake until cheese is melted  and sauce is bubbly. 

REST AND SLICE

Allow the lasagna to rest before slicing into pieces. 

SERVE & ENJOY!

Serve with a green salad and garlic bread and enjoy!
