EASY BLUEBERRY WAFFLES

YOU WILL NEED
– ¾ cup (90g) all-purpose flour – ¼ cup (30g) corn starch – 1 tablespoon (12g) granulated sugar – ½ teaspoon baking powder – ¼ teaspoon baking soda – ½ teaspoon salt – 1 cup buttermilk – ⅓ cup vegetable oil – 1 large egg – ¾ teaspoon vanilla extract – ⅔ cup blueberries
MIX DRY INGREDIENTS
In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients.
ADD WET INGREDIENTS
Add in your wet ingredients, mix, and then let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
ADD BLUEBERRIES
Fold in blueberries, and your waffle batter is ready to go.
COOK WAFFLES
Cook your waffles according to your waffle maker's instructions.
ADD TOPPINGS
Top waffles with butter and syrup...
