– russet potatoes – olive oil – seasoning salt or salt and pepper – salted butter – all-purpose flour – milk – Cheddar cheese – cayenne
Slice potatoes into wedges, toss with olive oil, and bake for 25-35 minutes.
Make sauce by combining butter and flour in a small sauce pan. Whisk in milk until thickened and then add shredded cheese.
Pour cheese over fries, and enjoy!
