EASY COFFEE WHIPPED CREAM

YOU WILL NEED

– 1 cup heavy cream – ½ teaspoon vanilla extract optional – 2 tablespoons to ¼ cup powdered sugar – 2 teaspoon instant espresso powder

STEP 1

To a large bowl or the bowl of your stand mixer, add heavy cream. 

STEP 2

Add remaining ingredients. 

STEP 3

Whisk until the cream whips up into billowy peaks. 

STEP 4

Use the coffee whipped cream on hot chocolate, chocolate cake, or your favorite desserts.
