SMALL-BATCH CINNAMON ROLLS
Sooooo fun & easy to make, and were just the best homemade snack I have ever made. I have always kept far away from making breads. I felt mine never turned out right…. till now! ★★★★★
YOU WILL NEED
DOUGH – milk – active dry yeast – granulated sugar – salted butter – 1 large egg yolk – all-purpose flour FILLING – brown sugar – cinnamon – salted butter FROSTING – cheese softened – salted butter – powdered sugar – vanilla extract – Pinch of salt
Combine dough ingredients until a sticky dough forms. Place in a greased bowl and allow to rise.
Roll out dough and fill with softened butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar before rolling up.
PLACE IN PAN
Transfer rolls to a baking pan and place somewhere warm until puffed up and fluffy.
Once puffed up, bake until golden brown.
Frost warm cinnamon rolls with cream cheese frosting.
Serve the rolls with a cup of coffee and enjoy!!
