EASY STREUSEL TOPPING

YOU WILL NEED

– ½ cup  all-purpose flour – ¼ cup + 2 tablespoons  lightly packed brown sugar – 4 tablespoons salted butter

STEP 1

Combine all your ingredients in a medium bowl. 

STEP 2

Use a fork or clean hands (I always use my hands) to mix until crumbles form and no dry flour remains in the bowl.

STEP 3

Place the streusel in the refrigerator or freezer. 

STEP 4

Once chilled, drop the streusel over muffin or quick bread batter, or your favorite pies. 

STEP 5

Bake until done. Serve and enjoy!!
