“”
This was perfect on the first try, so good. And all your instructions were great … not one piece of burnt popcorn! Thanks!! ★★★★★
YOU WILL NEED
– vegetable oil or cooking oil of your choice – popcorn kernels – granulated sugar – salt
PRE-HEAT OIL
To a large pot, add oil and 3 kernels of popcorn. Cover and heat until you hear all 3 kernels pop.
COOK KETTLE CORN
Add remaining ingredients and cook until there is about a 2 second break between pops, pull from heat. Transfer popcorn immediately to your bowl.
SERVE & ENJOY
Allow to cool slightly, and enjoy!
TIPS TO AVOID BURNING THE SUGAR
Set a large bowl or sheet pan on the counter next to your stove so you can immediately pour your finished kettle corn into it. Use a larger pot than you think you need. Start with hot oil. Pull homemade kettle corn from heat *before* your corn stops popping.
