YOU WILL NEED

– Untrimmed tri-tip – Olive oil – Seasoning salt

SEASON TRI-TIP

Generously season both sides of your tri-tip with seasoning salt. 

SEAR IN A HOT PAN

In an oven-safe pan, sear the tri-tip in oil, fat-side down. 

FLIP AND ROAST

Flip the tri-tip and roast for 10 to 15 minutes per pound. Allow the meat to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.  

SERVE & ENJOY

Slice roast against the grain, serve, and enjoy!!
