QUICK & EASY CHICKEN FAJITAS

YOU WILL NEED

– boneless skinless chicken thighs – taco or fajita seasoning –  vegetable oil  – bell peppers (any color) – large onion – fajita-size tortillas – limes – Sour cream, optional – Guacamole, optional

STEP 1

Sprinkle chicken thighs with taco or fajita seasoning.

STEP 2

Cook thighs over medium-high heat until golden brown and cooked through.

STEP 3

Transfer chicken thighs to a plate and add bell peppers and onions to skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender-crisp.

STEP 4

Slice chicken thighs into strips.

STEP 5

Assemble fajitas with sliced chicken and cooked vegetables. Serve and enjoy!
