– boneless, skinless chicken breasts – all-purpose flour – salt – extra virgin olive oil – butter – garlic – red pepper flakes – honey – water – soy sauce – white vinegar – cornstarch
Slice each piece of chicken into two thin, even pieces.
Dredge chicken in flour.
Brown both sides of the chicken in a large skillet.
Remove chicken from pan. Brown garlic and then add all remaining sauce ingredients.
Bring sauce to a simmer and return chicken to the pan.
Cook until chicken breasts are cooked through. Serve with a side of rice, and enjoy!
