*You can use any unsweetened yogurt here, but whole-milk Greek yogurt will give you the richest, creamiest aioli. *To crush your garlic without a garlic press, use a microplane to grate it. Or finely dice the garlic clove and sprinkle it with a little salt and then use the flat of your knife blade to smash/scrape the garlic into a paste.
