½cupmayonnaise
2tablespoonsSriracha sauce*
2teaspoonslime juice*
2garlic clovescrushed with a garlic press or very finely minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, lime juice, and garlic.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
*For less heat, cut the amount of Sriracha in the recipe by half. For more heat, add Sriracha to taste or add cayenne pepper starting with ¼ teaspoon. *If using fresh lime juice, cut the amount by half and then add more to taste. Store tightly covered in the fridge for up to 48 hours.
