I take my coffee with a teaspoon of cream, no sugar. London is my current favorite city in the world. And I have a cat called Darcy, as in Mr (also another cat, a dog, and a horse who’s smart like people).
About the Blog
Baking Mischief went live December 1st, 2015, as a place for me to share my favorite recipes and cooking misadventures. It’s a creative outlet to save my non-foodie friends and family from having to listen to one more fallen cupcake sob story or look at a million pictures of my latest weekend baking project.
This blog is also a place for learning and experimenting, for failing big, dreaming bigger, and occasionally coming away with something truly spectacular and/or edible.
I’m a firm believer in an everything-in-moderation lifestyle so the recipes here are a mixture of healthy and not-so-healthy and will always (when realistically possible) contain nutritional information so you can make educated eating decisions.
